How-to use the PlayUs App

This page will show you how to download and set-up your PlayUs app! Any queries you have should be answered in the step by step guidelines below.

  • Open your designated app-store on your mobile device.

  • Enter 'PlayUs GAA' in the search bar.


     

  • Select the 'PlayUs GAA' app with the official PlayUs logo.












     

  • To download the app to your mobile device, click the 'Install' or 'Get' button.







     

  • The App will now download onto your mobile device and can be used as soon as registration is successfully completed.

Registering with PlayUs

Registration

Registration requires one primary user email address.​

It is really easy to get registered on our system, simply fill out the Registration form below, comment that you want to register as a coach or a club.































 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Verification and Admin Panel

A verification email will lead you through setting up your password and paying the €10 registration fee. You will then be able to access your club admin panel.

Type 'club.playus.ie' in the search bar to access your admin panel.

This is where your club details will be kept and some of these details will be generated from the PlayUs database. It is important to check that these are correct.

You will also notice there are five other email addresses linked to your account. Please note these are currently for PlayUs administration purposes only.

If the address is correct then the gps co ordinates should reflect this. But if you have any questions regarding this please email 'register@playusgaa.ie'.

How to set-up Teams

Scroll down to the bottom of your admin panel.

  • Select the age and grade of the team you want to add.

  • Choose the code, camogie, football, hurling or ladies football.

  •  Enter the number of players in the panel (approximately).

By clicking on the plus sign you can add as many teams as you like, after you have inputted the information click on update.

Once you have your teams selected, its time to give access to your coaches.

How to set-up Coaches

Simply go to your dashboard which is the green box on the top left corner of your screen. You will notice that there are four icons here which cover your profile, games associated with your club, coaches and password.

  • Click on the coach icon. 

  • Select add. 

  • Enter the coaches email address.

  • Select the coaches team.

  • Click on save. This will generate an automatic email to the coach allowing them to set up a password to access PlayUs.

There is a €10 fee to complete registration

Once you log in you will automatically go to your home screen.

  • Click on create game

  • Choose your game mode, challenge, blitz or tournament

  • Select home or away

  • Next Choose your date and time

  • By Picking your location you are confirming where you wish to send the invite from. This function is to help teams that want to organise games in other counties.

  • Click on the blue circle

  • Next set the area you wish your game invite to cover.

  • Once you Click on the arrow in the blue circle, a message will appear on screen which confirms how many teams have been invited within the area covered by the game invitation
